I will provide you with the dates and times soon. In the meantime I would like to comment on two points that I read in your attached e-mails:
POINT 1
“The Seaflame contract manager who attended recently reported that the level of sound was so low that it took several minutes of sitting quietly before he could detect it.”
COMMENT:
When you go to a place from outside it takes some time for your ears to adjust to the indoors conditions. The same is with the heat.
However when you try to sleep in the night and you are in bed for 8 hours and the only thing which you can do is to hear an annoying noise then you get upset, tired, you have headaches and stress. This might leads to situation like the following point 2.
POINT 2

COMMENT:
I never intended to insult anyone. I was sarcastic and sometimes over the top because I was so tired and so exhausted that I could not control my feelings. The only thing that I wanted and still want is to be able to live in my place peacefully.
Probably Mr Skidmore forgets that he is the one who led me in the garden path many many many times in the past. His colleague Harry Yates did exactly the same and I have proves for that.
After three years, I still live with the problem which the council has created. For three years I have to suffer because someone did not do something correctly and I don’t necessarily mean Mr Skidmore.
Would Mr Skidmore be polite after three years if he was in my position and he was ill (sleepless nights, stress, etc) because of my actions? How would he feel if he was unemployed because of somebody else actions?
I would suggest to him to put himself in my position for 5 minutes and then he might understand what I am getting through. When you are far away from a problem it is easier to say anything and much easier to give advice. When you live the situation it is totally different.
I want to consider myself very well educated and with good manners. However even the strongest person can break under torture!!!
